Running at top speed while jumping rope with each stride is a legitimate athletic endeavor that requires speed, coordination, and focus.  The total-body aspect of this activity requires a refined technique, imposes a tremendous aerobic challenge, and takes running competitions to a whole new level.

Our promotional efforts include the production of a full-length, family friendly movie that features the development of this new sporting event.  For more information about the movie, please visit jumpropesprint.com.
